Not only did Brian do a great job of cleaning out the vent, he also replaced a piece of my vent that was out of code. He was super neat and left everything very clean. The service individual was MOST professional and clearly did his job well. He solved problems that I didn’t even know I had; but they were obvious and posed a health and fire hazard. So VERY glad we used them. One issue, they were expensive; their add is for the inspection only and each dryer vent was an additional amount. Was not clear!
