Nolan was our technician and he was awesome! Excellent job of communicating to me what issues he found and they confirmed a lot of the suspicions we had of our dryer vent getting backed up and giving a burning smell. Nolan listened to what we had observed with our dryer running and he explained the repair options. We now have a new dryer vent and tubing, along with a full cleaning.
